Establishment of a new company – Delta Tang
The Chinese government’s strategy Belt and Road Initiative has provided strong support to HBIS for the purchase of the Smederevo ironworks, as well as projects for the technological transformation of HBIS Serbia. Today, the HBIS Serbia project has become a significant project of Chinese-Serbian cooperation, which resulted in the decision of both sides to support it by working together.
In the common goal, which is the renovation of the HBIS plant in Smederevo, the Chinese company TSIC Tang Steel International Engineering Technology Corp. Tangshan-Hebei and the Serbian company “Delta inženjering” doo Belgrade, i.e. the leading people of the companies Mr. Liu Yuansheng and Mr. Vojislav Todorović have decided to unite and establish a joint company “Delta Tang” doo Beograd, which is an introduction to long-term cooperation between two sides.
The ceremony with regard to the new company founding, at which were presented its directors Mr. Han Linkun and Mr. Slavoljub Korcakoski, in addition to the management of “Delta inženjering” doo Beograd headed by Mr. Todorović and the director Mr. Jugoslav Pavlović, was also attended by partners of both companies HBIS Serbia, MCC, GANGGYUAN …
Great support was also provided by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Director of the Sector for Strategic Analysis, Services and Internationalization Mr. Mihailo Vesović emphasized the importance of cooperation between China and Serbia, as well as the importance of founding a new company. Also, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce will always support Chinese partners and actively work on improving the overall environment.
The newly established company “Delta Tang” doo has a bright future as two sides with long and fruitful experience have joined forces in achieving high goals, retaining differences and complementing the advantages of both.
By integrating the knowledge, technology and experience of both parties, the new company will accelerate the construction of HBIS Serbia and will develop cooperation and market opening, not only in Serbia but also abroad.
