THE CLINICAL CENTER OF SERBIA
The Clinical Center of Serbia on Slavia is designed as a compositive architectural building complex consisting of fourteen units (lamellas): A, B, C + J, WEST, NORTH, K, D, CENTRAL, W, EAST, SOUTH, WEST ENTRANCE, NORTH ENTRANCE and EAST ENTRANCE. Lamella A and CENTRAL were designed as two towers, while the other lamellas were part of the lower part of the complex called podium.
EXISTING STATE: The original project was intended to build two vertical elements, two towers of different floors number, over a wide, low part of the building. The first tower was built together with the connecting part to the other, but construction of the second has not begun until today. Number of floors of the tower is Crawl space + basement + low ground floor + ground floor + 12 floors + crawl space, while in the podium number of floors is basement + low ground floor+ ground floor + 2 floors + Roof. The main entrance is at ground level, at 119.00 level, and the secondary entrance is at the level of low ground floor, at 115.00 level. Currently, only a small part of the Central Building – Polyclinic is used. The existing tower and part of the podium are completely out of function.
In order to make this project feasible, the Purchaser approved the decision to build the Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade in 2 phases. This allows the continuation of the work of the Clinic during the construction, but also that the occupation of the premises of the Building 1 is carried out in the most efficient way possible, with minimal disturbance of the health care services work. In Phase I, design and execution of works include Lamellas: A, B, C + J, D, WEST, NORH + K, WEST ENTRANCE and NORTH ENTRANCE.
Works started on December 6, 2018 with a contractual deadline of 32 months.
Fiat – Kragujevac



Delta Inženjering has designed and constructed the following facilities in the factory Fiat Automobiles Serbia – FAS in Kragujevac:
Complete project documentation was made for infrastructure
installations within the complex,
Dismantling of the floor steel structure was completed in the Press Shop (approx. 1500 t of steel, 1000m concrete foundations),
Designing of the complete infrastructure was accomplished in the Quality Center building: underground hydro and electro installation, excavation works, filling and final paving, eco-park making. Our work zone covered an area of about 20 000m2,
Reconstruction of the commercial building18c (6 000m2) includes a complete reconstruction of the building, both in construction and installation field,
Delta Inženjering has had a contractor’s role in the construction of cooling plants for Press Shop and Body Shop Subgroups. The facility consists of three parts: a building for storage of equipment and piping (approx. 700 m2), three pipe bridges and cooling tower support structures.
Henkel – Inđija

We have designed and constructed two plants for waste water treatment within Holcim’s cement plant:
Waste water treatment plant with discharge of treated waste water into the stream Toplik, with capacity of 4l/sec,
Waste water treatment plant with discharge of treated waste water into the stream Crnica, with capacity of 20l/sec.
Aggregate waste water is treated in both plants (pollution of atmospheric and sanitary water).
